This is an old quote, but it still makes me laugh. I thought it might be good bloggin material for a day that is SLOW.

John Salley of the Best Damn Sports Show Period, one of my favorite stick and ball sports shows. Salley was also a celebrity featured on the television show Fast Cars and Superstars I'm still not sure how all 7 or so foot of him crammed into a stock car.



Salley: "Jeff Gordon won the Daytona 500 over the weekend. Now, I love NASCAR, but there's one thing I don't understand. A white guy drives 200 miles an hour, they give him a trophy. I drive 57 in a 55, and I wind up on COPS."
