I actually ate soy cream cheese yesterday.
The commission soyfood guru brought in a tasty dish she made on WIBW channel 13 MidDay in Kansas.
Fruit parfaits. Yummy pineapple, strawberries, baby oranges and blueberries layed with a creamy mixture of whipped topping, soy cream cheese and marshmallow cream.
It was good. It was also very cool and refreshing. It would be an exellent low calorie treat for a picnic or outdoor get together.
