Ho, ho, ho...

It's that time of year again, and this year it snuck up on me like a ninja.

With 11 shopping days until Christmas I have yet to make a trip to the local Wal-Mart to pick up half-assed gifts for my loved ones. I'll be that crazed shopper on Christmas Eve running around settling for crap that someone can buy themselves. I've really caught that Christmas spirit, can't you tell?

I don't mean to be a downer, but it seems the older I get the less I like Christmas. Maybe it's because I'm broke and I can't buy the things I really want to buy for people. Maybe it's because I think that the lack of a Thanksgiving holiday, and this Black Friday phenomenon have completely deflated my desire to celebrate the season. Christmas is forced down your throat before the candy hits the bottom of the pumpkin bucket - and I hate that.

Christmas has become so commercial that it's no longer fun. What happened to having a day off to hang out with family, and enjoy the company of the people you tolerate once a year? What happened to celebrating the real reason meaning of Christmas?

Regardless, Christmas is on it's way - and thus here are my favorite paperless cards for the season.
